Derived from water sourced from Mexico’s highest mountain, this coffee undergoes a natural process, resulting in a 99.9% caffeine-free brew.

Our coffee features Bourbon, Caturra, Typica, and Catuaí varietals cultivated around 1,000 meters. The relatively lower altitude contributes to larger beans and a smooth, low-acidity coffee profile.

This decaffeinated coffee originates from smallholder producers who supply beans to the San Cristobal de las Casas and Yajalón buying stations in northern Chiapas. Situated to the east and northeast of Tuxla Gutiérrez, this region provides the beans for our decaf blend.
