Guatemala boasts a coffee-growing history dating back to the 1850s, ranking among the top producers in Central America. At Mountain Pearl, Guatemalan coffee holds a special place as one of our favorites.

Our Guatemalan coffee beans originate from plantations nestled in the volcanic valleys encircling Antigua. Surrounded by Agua, Fuego, and Acatenango volcanoes, these plantations benefit from fertile volcanic soil and optimal growing conditions situated at an altitude of 1650 meters. The cultivated varieties include Caturra, Bourbon, and Typica.

This coffee embodies chocolatey sweetness with an exquisite body, complemented by delightful blackberry notes in its aroma. Simply delicious.
