Our El Salvador coffee hails from the Las Isabellas farm, nestled in Apaneca’s “Cerron Grande” at an altitude of 1200 to 1450m. This farm is part of the Blue Harvest project and boasts 175 acres of natural forest, springs, and waterfalls. Certified by Rainforest Alliance, it’s owned by Jose Roberto Santamaria, offering a sweet, mild coffee with delightful plum and chocolate notes.
